Most jobs we handle entirely digitally. You upload your document or send it by post, we review volume and field and name a binding price; the finished version – sealed for certified translations – reaches you first as a PDF and additionally by post to your address.

In addition we keep a fixed address at 21 locations across D-A-CH for handing over and returning originals in person, and accept documents by appointment in over 100 further cities. Choose your city below, or contact one of the three offices in Berlin, Vienna or Baar directly.

For most authorities and courts, the delivered paper version with stamp and signature is the authoritative one; a personal drop-off is not required for it. Where an on-site appointment makes sense – for extensive or particularly sensitive documents, say – our offices and offices are open by arrangement.

This combines the reach of a translation service operating nationwide and across D-A-CH with the accessibility of a local contact: your project is looked after by a fixed contact person, regardless of the city you are in. Certified translations are always produced by authorised translators; the certified translation is recognised nationwide by authorities and courts; the translator's certification note attests that it is accurate and complete.
