Process
What happens after your enquiry.
Once your enquiry arrives, we review scope, language direction, field and purpose and reply — on working days usually within 60 minutes — with a binding price and a realistic delivery date. Only after your approval does production start, handled by a native-speaker professional translator; where needed, a second specialist checks the work on the four-eyes principle. You receive the finished translation as a PDF in advance, with certified originals sent additionally by post.
Your documents are treated confidentially and in line with the GDPR; on request we sign a non-disclosure agreement beforehand. So from the very first message you know where you stand — with no hidden costs and no work commissioned into the dark.
One message. One reply. On working days usually within 60 minutes.
No call-centre ping-pong: you reach people who can place your project and name a binding price — by phone, by email or by document upload.
