Document translation

One partner for every document – from a single certificate to an entire set of contracts.

“Document translation” means a single birth certificate for some and 300 pages of contracts for others. You get both from one source: a professional translator for your field, a binding fixed price before the order and – where an authority requires it – the certified version. No guessing at per-line rates, no off-the-shelf template for your subject.

You upload your file, we assign the right field and quote price and delivery date in advance. Every job is handled by a human subject-matter expert – reviewed under the four-eyes principle to ISO 17100, treated confidentially and returned in the original layout. On request entirely without machine translation.

The decisive question

Do I need a certified translation?

In short: for authorities, courts and universities you almost always need a certified translation by sworn translators; for internal and business use, translations without certification by professional translators are enough. When in doubt we check it for you before the order.

Never pay for a certification nobody asked for – we point it out proactively. Details: what a certified translation is. In Germany, the Jobcenter or BAMF often cover the translation cost for official procedures – ask before you order.

Quality you can see

One document, one professional translator, one fixed price.

A lawyer translates your contract, a doctor the medical report, an engineer the manual – reviewed under the four-eyes principle to DIN EN ISO 17100, at no surcharge. You don’t get a text fragment back: tables, stamps, form fields and layout are carried over. We process PDF, Word, Excel, scans and photos directly.

Your files stay confidential and GDPR-compliant – encrypted transfer, access only for those involved, on request with an NDA at no surcharge. We translate into 70+ languages, each into the translator’s native tongue – most often English, Turkish, Arabic, Russian, Polish, Romanian, French, Spanish, Italian and Ukrainian. Where an authority requires it, a sworn, authorised translator certifies the translation.

For companies

Documents at volume, one contact, falling costs.

If you have documents translated regularly, you shouldn’t renegotiate every time. A framework agreement secures fixed terms, a dedicated contact and staggered volume discounts up to 25%. Translation-memory reuse further reduces repetitions – at identical, reviewed quality. What a document translation costs is shown in the price overview.

Document translation – frequently asked questions.

Which documents can I have translated?

Practically any: certificates, diplomas, contracts, T&Cs, commercial register extracts, balance sheets, technical manuals, medical records, applications and private correspondence. For official purposes we deliver certified.

How do I know whether I need a certified translation?

Rule of thumb: authorities, courts and universities almost always require certified; internal and business purposes rarely do. We check what your receiving office requires before the order.

Are layout and confidentiality preserved?

Yes. Tables, stamps and structure are carried over; transfer is encrypted and GDPR-compliant, with an NDA on request.

How fast is it?

Standard depending on volume, express up to 24 hours subject to feasibility. We state the delivery date with the fixed price in advance.
