You get both from one source: a professional translator for your field, a binding fixed price before the order and – where an authority requires it – the certified version. No guessing at per-line rates, no off-the-shelf template for your subject.
You upload your file, we assign the right field and quote price and delivery date in advance. Every job is handled by a human subject-matter expert – reviewed under the four-eyes principle to ISO 17100, treated confidentially and returned in the original layout. Do I need a certified translation?
In short: for authorities, courts and universities you almost always need a certified translation by sworn translators; for internal and business use, translations without certification by professional translators are enough. When in doubt we check it for you before the order.

You don’t get a text fragment back: tables, stamps, form fields and layout are carried over. We process PDF, Word, Excel, scans and photos directly.
Your files stay confidential and GDPR-compliant – encrypted transfer, access only for those involved, on request with an NDA at no surcharge. We translate into 70+ languages, each into the translator’s native tongue – most often English, Turkish, Arabic, Russian, Polish, Romanian, French, Spanish, Italian and Ukrainian. Where an authority requires it, a sworn, authorised translator certifies the translation.

How do I know whether I need a certified translation?
Rule of thumb: authorities, courts and universities almost always require certified; internal and business purposes rarely do. We check what your receiving office requires before the order.
Are layout and confidentiality preserved?
Yes. Tables, stamps and structure are carried over; transfer is encrypted and GDPR-compliant, with an NDA on request.
How fast is it?
